National Basketball Association (in English: National Basketball Association) and known simply as rang me any (in English: NBA), also known as the American league professional basketball, is the most professional of the game Basketball Federation, and one of the largest sports leagues in North America. League club consists of thirty, twenty-nine of them from the United States and one from Canada Club is a club Toronto Raptors.
The league was founded in New York City in the June 6, 1946 and was known then as the American Association of Basketball Federation. In 1949, the merger between the Union of the American Basketball Association (in English: Basketball Association of America), known as (in English: BAA) and between rival National Basketball League Union (in English: National Basketball League), known as (in English: NBL) to announce officially about the birth of the National Basketball Association (in English: National Basketball Association) and the abbreviated name of which (in English: NBA). It is reported that basketball is one of the most popular sports among the sports in the United States.
